New Statement from the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army

Informed relatives of missing servicemen, reservists, militia members, and volunteers from the Republic of Artsakh are advised that to benefit from the support programs of the Servicemen Insurance Fund, it is necessary to submit the following documents regarding individuals who are beneficiaries of the program to the social protection department of the Ministry of Defense in a timely manner:

• Name, patronymic, surname of the beneficiary/missing person’s father, mother, wife, or husband;
• Date of birth (day, month, year);
• Registration address;
• Series and number of the identity document;
• Public services identification number (social card) or certificate number for not having received a number;
• Contact phone number.
