After Meeting with Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Russian Ambassador Will Also Meet with Robert Kocharian and Serge Sargsyan

Yesterday evening, the spokesperson for the first president of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Arman Musinyan, announced that Ter-Petrosyan hosted the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Russian Federation in Armenia, Sergey Kopirkin, at his home.

According to the newspaper, Ambassador Sergey Kopirkin is again intensifying his internal political contacts in Armenia, and this meeting will not be the only one. Sources indicate that this is about a series of meetings; meetings with the second and third presidents of the Republic of Armenia, as well as leaders of various political forces, are also planned.

While it is difficult to say which issues are being and will be discussed beyond the official agenda, it is likely that topics related to both prisoners of war, regional realignments, and the internal political situation in Armenia are on the table.
