Emergency Services and Police Unite: Ministry of Internal Affairs Established in Artsakh
The President of the Artsakh Republic, Arayik Harutyunyan, has signed a decree amending the December 17, 2020 decree on the structure of the Artsakh Republic government.
According to the President's Office, the decree states that the State Emergency Situations Service and the police of the Artsakh Republic will be merged into a single entity called the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
