Baku Issues Arrest Warrant for 21 Armenians
Baku has issued an arrest warrant for 21 Armenians in connection with military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan.
In Baku, a total of 62 criminal cases have been initiated related to military operations. Seventeen individuals have been implicated as defendants in these cases, described as mercenaries by the authorities in Baku.
