58 New Cases, 8 Deaths in One Day: Progress of COVID-19 in Armenia

As of January 25, at 11:00, a total of 166,094 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 154,932 have recovered and 3,047 have resulted in death. Currently, there are 7,362 patients receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease.

A total of 637,544 tests have been conducted so far. Yesterday, 779 tests were performed, resulting in 58 new confirmed cases of the disease. We have recorded 224 recoveries and 8 fatalities.

On the previous day, there were 2 recorded deaths where the patients had contracted the coronavirus; however, their deaths were due to other illnesses. The total number of such cases stands at 753.
