This was stated by Arsen Ghukasyan, the brother of the missing person, during a Facebook live session. Arsen Ghukasyan also displayed the posters installed in the center of Stepanakert, one of which featured images of servicemen considered missing, while the other displayed the images of deceased servicemen.
