VIDEO: Clashes Between Protesters and Police Begin in Moscow

Clashes have begun between protesters and police in Moscow. This is reported by the BBC's Russian service, referencing its correspondent on-site, Liza Fochtin.

It is noted that one of the gathered individuals kicked the police officers. People on both sides are shoving each other and falling into the mud. Demonstrators have blocked a section of 'Strastny Boulevard', with several hundred surrounding the OMON police forces, which are essentially under siege.

The media correspondent reports that the individuals engaged in clashes with law enforcement are only a small portion of the crowd. Other protesters do not agree with such actions.
