"Where are they, the country's threats and security solutions?" Abrahamyan on Vitaly Balasanyan's absence from the Security Council meeting
Today, an expanded consultation of the Security Council was held at the Government, chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan.
“Vitaly Balasanyan, the Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council, did not participate in the meeting. If I’m not mistaken, this is the second time that the Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council has not attended a meeting in this format. The official coordinating all security-related issues in Artsakh, namely the Secretary of the Security Council, is absent, while Arsen Torosyan, Suren Papikyan, Avinyan, and Ararat Mirzoyan are present. This alone indicates the seriousness of the expanded consultations of the Security Council and the importance of the issues discussed there. Overall, it is already clear from the composition of the participants where they stand, where the country’s threats lie, and where the security solutions are.
They are thinking only in one direction—how to prolong their power at the expense of undermining our national interests and causing maximum harm to Armenia and Artsakh,” wrote Tigran Abrahamyan, head of the “Henaket” analytical center, on his Facebook page.
