Stable Operational Situation Maintained Along the Armenian-Azerbaijani Border

On January 21 and in the morning of January 22, a stable operational situation has been maintained along the entire length of the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line of the Armenian state border, with no border incidents reported. This was announced by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

According to information received from the NSS of Armenia, no incidents were recorded in the section of the Goris-Kapan interstate highway from Vorotan to David Bek, which is under the responsibility of the border guard troops of the NSS.

The Armed Forces of Armenia and the border guard units are monitoring the border situation along the entire border line and are carrying out the assigned tasks,” the statement said.
