Road Closures in Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that there are closed roads in the territory of Armenia.

In the Aragatsotn province, the roads from the "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to the Amberd fortress and towards the Kari Lake are closed. The Vardenyats pass is closed only for truck trailers.

In the Syunik province, there are spots of black ice on the roads. Black ice is present in various sections of the Aparan-Aragats road in Aragatsotn province, on the Saravan-"Zanger" stretch in Vayots Dzor province, on the road leading to the city of Jermuk, and on intercommunity roads in Kotayk province.
