- Election of the counting commission.
- Suspension of membership for Football Clubs Ani NGO, Football Clubs Aragats NGO, Locomotive Football Club NGO, Torpedo Football Club LLC, DFA LLC, and Football Clubs West Armenia NGO.

According to the same Article 33, point 2 of the FFA Charter, in such cases, the extraordinary meeting of the FFA must be held within 2 months from the date of receipt of the application, and the decision about the time and place of the extraordinary meeting must be made by the FFA Executive Committee. In the event that the FFA Executive Committee does not convene an extraordinary meeting, the delegates representing the member organizations who signed the application can, on their own initiative, call for an extraordinary meeting.”
Today, the FFA has learned that the aforementioned 9 members, without waiting for a decision during the meeting of the FFA Executive Committee, have initiated the organization of an extraordinary meeting on February 1, 2021, and have sent relevant notifications to the remaining FFA members.
It is noted that the 9 members who initiated the call for an extraordinary meeting are obliged to follow the requirements set forth by the FFA Charter and abide by the established two-month deadline in the framework of this process.
Considering the fact that the established procedures defined by the Charter have been grossly violated, the mentioned extraordinary meeting cannot be convened; should it be convened, it will be considered illegal, and all decisions adopted during the meeting will have no legal force.
In this regard, we call on all FFA members not to participate in attempts to call for an extraordinary meeting and to adhere to the requirements and procedures stipulated by the FFA Charter. Otherwise, the FFA will have to impose disciplinary measures on all members participating in that meeting, including suspension of membership and expulsion.
