Air Raid Alert Activated in Stepanakert This Morning Due to Brief Technical Issues
The State Emergency Service of Artsakh reports that an air raid alert was activated in Stepanakert this morning due to brief interruptions during technical work in the communications sector.
"At the same time, the Emergency Service states that reports circulating on social media about a test air raid alert are disinformation. For clarifications, you can call the 911 emergency center," reads the statement issued by the agency.
