We Need to Properly Assess the Fundamental Issues - Shirak Governor

The newly appointed Governor of Shirak, Hovhannes Harutyunyan, met today with representatives of the media in the region. Harutyunyan began the press conference by expressing condolences to the families and relatives of the homeland defenders who fell heroically in battle, noting that one of the most important issues on the government agenda is to resolve the issue of Shirak's captives as quickly as possible.

“It is a great honor for me to serve the Republic of Armenia, especially during these difficult times. I am now in my beloved city, in my region, and I am ready to commit myself to the development of Shirak. I understand and imagine the weight of this responsibility, but I also have the determination that together we will succeed. In healthcare, it is accepted that the most important thing is a correct diagnosis; I believe we need to assess the fundamental issues properly, and we will also find methods to solve these problems,” said the governor.

Hovhannes Harutyunyan emphasized the importance of having highly qualified professionals in the workforce and assured that he would be dedicated to his work. “My team is the Shirak region, the people of Shirak, all those knowledgeable individuals for whom the development of Shirak will be a priority,” added the Shirak governor.

It should be noted that Hovhannes Harutyunyan was appointed as the Governor of Shirak today by government decision.
