Turkish Companies Plan to Invest $50 Million in Textile Factories in Artsakh
In the preliminary phase, Turkish companies plan to invest $50 million in the construction of textile factories in the territories of Artsakh that have come under Azerbaijani control. This was reported by minval.az, citing İlham Öztyürk, the chairman of TÜMKİAD (the Complete Development Entrepreneurs and Businessmen Association), who is currently on a working visit to Baku.
Öztyürk noted that his organization is engaged in many sectors, but in the initial phase, investments are planned specifically in the textile industry. He also added that after discussions in Azerbaijan, a decision will be made regarding what other sectors will see activity.
