The Ministry of Justice to Appeal Court Ruling Restoring Amatuni Virabyan to Director of National Archive
The Ministry of Justice will file an appeal against the decision made by the first-instance court of general jurisdiction in Yerevan, which ruled in favor of Amatuni Virabyan, the former director of the "National Archive of Armenia" State Non-Commercial Organization.
According to the ministry's spokesperson, Lusine Martirosyan, the court ruled to grant Virabyan's claim, declaring the order of the Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan, which dismissed him from his position, invalid.
The court has decided to restore Amatuni Virabyan to the position of director of the "National Archive of Armenia".
