Shirak Province Has a New Governor
Hovhannes Harutyunyan has been appointed as the governor of Shirak province. The decision was made during today's government meeting.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan recalled that Harutyunyan's last position in the government was Deputy Minister of Health.
