Which Interstate Highways Connecting Artsakh to Armenia Are Impassable?
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that the interstate highways connecting Artsakh to Armenia, as well as the intra-republican roads, are impassable.
Several construction companies are currently working on the following routes: Stepanakert-Shosh-Karmir Shuka, Stepanakert-Nngi-Martuni, Stepanakert-Vank intersection-Drmbon-Getavan, and Drmbon intersection-Martakert.
The roads within Artsakh are accessible only to vehicles equipped with winter tires. In the Zanger section of the interstate highway in the Syunik region and in the Saravan area, the roads are difficult to traverse.
For safety reasons, drivers are advised to travel with winter tires.
