In parallel with the search for solutions to ensure the safety of the people of Artsakh and to enhance security levels, it is necessary to find prompt solutions to provide our compatriots living there with the necessary life support and well-being. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the 'Henaket' Analytical Center, on his Facebook page.

"Social support programs, whether good or bad, are a short-term solution. It is essential to take steps to move people from being dependent on aid to being able to earn their own income. There is a need for measured discourse, clear action plans, and certainty regarding the developments around Artsakh," Abrahamyan wrote.
