Execute Requirements of Administrative Acts and Pay Fines Within the Legally Established 30-Day Period: Traffic Police

Recently, there has been a significant increase in the applications received by the Traffic Police regarding the submission of paid administrative acts to the Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. Consequently, enforcement proceedings have been initiated, resulting in the collection of enforcement costs and the imposition of restrictions on bank accounts. This information has been disclosed by the Traffic Police of Armenia.

Studies have shown that in the majority of cases, payments have been made after the legally established deadlines, which has led to the aforementioned negative legal consequences for the recipients of administrative acts. To avoid such situations, mitigate potential adverse legal ramifications, and prevent additional inconveniences, we urge everyone to comply with the requirements of administrative acts and pay the fines within the legally established 30-day period.
