Levon Hrachya Sargsyan has been charged with participating in a criminal organization created by Armenian citizens Ara Karapetyan and Armen Nikoghosyan, and for allegedly ordering and leading an organized group in the execution of a robbery on October 27, 2008, targeting a private residence at number 34b on Isahakyan Street, owned by the former president of the State Property Management Committee of Armenia, Armen Avetisyan.
