However, the response came from Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan. “The 8th point is in the process of being implemented and has been partially fulfilled; the 9th point is in the initial phase of implementation. It would be incorrect to assert that the implementation of the 9th point will not contribute to the implementation of the 8th point. Time will tell.
