Varazdat Dalibaltayan Appointed as Advisor to the Minister of Defense

By the order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Varazdat Gurgeni Dalibaltayan has been appointed as an advisor to the Minister of Defense.

Varazdat Gurgeni Dalibaltayan was born on September 5, 1954, in Ejmiadzin. He graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Polytechnic Institute (Russia) in 1977. From 1977 to 1981, he worked at the Council of Ministers of the Armenian SSR.

From 1982 to 2018, he served in the national security system of Armenia. From 2001 to 2018, he was the representative of Armenia at the Anti-Terrorism Center of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member states.
