Roads Remain Closed and Impassable in Artsakh: State Emergency Service

The State Emergency Service reports that there are closed and impassable roads in Artsakh. While the majority of roads in the region are accessible for vehicles equipped with winter tires, several construction organizations are involved in snow clearance operations.

Currently, heavy snowfall is affecting the entire republic. The Lisyagor section of the Stepanakert-Shushi-Berdzor-Goris interstate road is difficult to navigate in places. In the "Zanger" region of Syunik Province, there is black ice present.

To ensure uninterrupted traffic, drivers are urged to use winter tires exclusively.
