During Political Crisis in Armenia, Government Aims to Limit Discussions: Marukyan
The leader of the LHK parliamentary group, Edmon Marukyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "In civilized countries, during political crises, the government makes concessions, engages in discussions, listens to opinions, and seeks solutions. In Armenia, during a political crisis, the government tries to limit discussions as much as possible, taking away opposition rights to key positions in the permanent committees of the parliament and declaring that the most serious issue facing the country is the parliamentary and non-parliamentary opposition.
In this environment, no matter how much we desire to contribute to overcoming the political crisis, it becomes simply impossible due to the atmosphere created by the ruling majority."
