Turkish Military and Political Leadership Heads to Iraq
Turkey's Minister of Defense Hulusi Akar and Chief of General Staff Yaşar Güler have traveled to Baghdad on an official visit. This was reported by ermenihaber.
According to the Turkish Ministry of Defense, the military and political leadership of Turkey is set to meet with Iraqi President Barham Salih, Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi, and Minister of Defense Jumaa Anad.
The main theme of Hulusi Akar's visit is the cooperation between Turkey and Iraq in the fight against terrorism.
