Neither confirmation nor denial: The Prime Minister's spokesperson on Arsen Torosyan's new position
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's spokesperson Mane Gevorgyan neither confirmed nor denied reports that Arsen Torosyan would be replacing Eduard Aghajanyan as the head of the Prime Minister's Office.
“I can only say that a request for Arsen Torosyan's dismissal from the Minister of Health has been sent to the presidential office. There is no official document yet, so I cannot confirm or deny it. Until there is an official request for dismissal, I cannot confirm,” she stated.
It should be noted that today, the application for the dismissal of Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan has reached the office of the President of Armenia from the Prime Minister's Office. Reports in the media suggest that Torosyan is set to be appointed as the head of the Prime Minister's Office, replacing Eduard Aghajanyan, who, according to circulating information, has submitted his resignation.
