Ayb Educational Foundation Appeals to Court

The Ayb Educational Foundation has submitted two lawsuits to the Administrative Court of Armenia today, particularly in connection with the recent interventions of state bodies. This action is also influenced by a statement issued by the Prosecutor's Office on January 15, which referenced correspondence received from the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport.

The Foundation reaffirms its position that pressures from administrative, investigative, or any other bodies cannot yield the desired results for genuine stakeholders.

Moreover, considering the actions taken over the past 2.5 years, the Ayb Educational Foundation will initiate a new legal process, the details of which will be shared with the public shortly.
