Ankara and Baku to Conduct Offensive Military Exercises at the Border with Armenia
Ankara and Baku will conduct offensive military exercises in the city of Kars, located in northwestern Armenia. This was reported by the WarGonzo project, citing Azerbaijani media.
The exercises will take place in Kars. In addition to offensive operations, Turkish and Azerbaijani forces will also develop joint air and airborne operations.
It is noted that the exercises are scheduled to start from February 1 to 12.
Recall that the last joint exercises between Azerbaijan and Turkey were held from July 29 to August 10, in Baku, Nakhchivan, Kurdamir, Ganja, and Yevlakh, where joint air force exercises took place, and from August 1 to 5, joint ground exercises occurred in Nakhchivan and Baku. This was followed by the 'Second Nagorno-Karabakh War.'
