The parties are expected to discuss the implementation of the statement made by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia regarding Nagorno-Karabakh on November 9, 2020, and will address further steps towards resolving the existing issues in the region.
The Kremlin's statement notes that special attention will be given to providing assistance to the residents of areas affected by military operations, as well as to the unblocking and development of trade and transport links.
Additionally, one-on-one talks between Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev, and Nikol Pashinyan are planned.
