Aliyev is Nonetheless the Winning Side and Continues to Take Pleasure in These Statements, Andranik Kocharyan

Today, in a conversation with journalists at the parliament, My Step party MP Andranik Kocharyan expressed his opinion on the aggressive statements made by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, suggesting that they are perhaps pleasing to Mr. Aliyev.

"He is nonetheless the winning side and continues to take pleasure in these statements. The security system and the presence of Russian armed forces in this region do not provide any prospects for turning these statements into reality. How we utilize this period depends on each of us," he stated.
