He even used a clever trick, saying he did not understand how Aliyev is "outsmarting" him by agreeing to the unblocking of communications, declaring that it is exclusively beneficial for us.

Listeners speculated whether he is once again engaging in manipulation or if he has lost his grip on reality to such an extent that he considers the January 11 document a victory. This was reported by the newspaper Hraparak.
