Video: No country will extradite its citizen to us, Gevorg Gorgisyan in the National Assembly

In the session of the National Assembly's Permanent Commission on Defense and Security, the issue of amending the law on "Military Service and the Status of Military Personnel" is being discussed. The draft proposes that citizens who do not serve mandatory military service in accordance with established procedures must pay an amount equivalent to two years’ salary and bonuses of a contracted military serviceman.
