Video: Earthquake in Indonesia Leaves 600 Injured, 26 Dead

In the last 24 hours, 26 people have died as a result of earthquakes in Indonesia, with more than 600 injured. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

On Thursday, two powerful earthquakes were recorded in Indonesia, registering magnitudes of 5.7 and 6.2 respectively. Earlier reports indicated 7 fatalities and 600 injuries.

Dwikorita Karnawati, the head of Indonesia's Meteorology and Geophysics Agency, announced that at least 26 aftershocks have occurred following these earthquakes. She also warned of the risk of a tsunami in the event of another, more powerful earthquake.
