Russian Peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh Begin COVID-19 Vaccination

Russian military doctors have started vaccinating Russian peacekeepers against COVID-19 in Nagorno-Karabakh, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"The day before, 2,000 doses of the Russian-produced 'Sputnik V' vaccine were provided for further application," the statement said.

The vaccination will be carried out in two phases: the first phase will see all peacekeepers vaccinated by the end of January, while the second phase will last until February 21. The first to receive the vaccine were the command staff of the peacekeeping forces and military doctors.
