During a live broadcast, Arsen Ghukasyan, who is searching for his missing brother and his son during the Artsakh war, provided the latest updates on the search operations.

He stated that last night the search teams returned, having retrieved the body of a woman from Karin Tak. No one has been found alive during the search operations.

Ghukasyan reported that yesterday, while determining the next directions for the search, they received a call from the Russian side informing them that the search operations have been postponed indefinitely. The reason, as later clarified, is the visit of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to those areas.

It remains unclear whether the search operations will only be suspended today or if there will be further delays, according to Ghukasyan.

“No change, they keep coming in turn, different promises, different things—one day fog, one day sun, one day Aliyev, another day this, one more day that, and nothing…” he noted.
