Rossiya Airlines Resumes Flights to Yerevan: Schedule and Conditions
Rossiya Airlines will resume direct flights from Pulkovo Airport to Yerevan starting January 15. This information was reported on the carrier's official website.
According to the source, flights will be conducted once a week on Fridays using an Airbus A319 aircraft. The first flight, FV6921, is scheduled to depart from Pulkovo on January 15.
Departure from Pulkovo is planned for 9:30 AM Moscow time, with the return flight from Yerevan scheduled for 5:55 PM local time. Tickets for the flights are already on sale.
The airline noted that Armenia has completely lifted the ban on entry for foreigners by air, but it is necessary to present a negative coronavirus test taken no earlier than 72 hours before arriving at the border. Testing can also be done at Yerevan's airport; however, in that case, the passenger will be required to self-isolate until the test results are obtained, which will be available within 48 hours.
Upon arrival in Russia, it will also be necessary to provide a PCR test result to Rospotrebnadzor. Results from tests conducted by other methods are not accepted.
