Protests in Brussels Transform into Violence

Racial discrimination sparked riots in Brussels, the capital of Belgium. After the detention of a young Black man, who subsequently died, a wave of protests erupted in the city, as reported by Russia Today.

What transpired in the Belgian capital angered the protesters who took to the streets, leading to clashes with law enforcement and even the burning of a police building. Demonstrators, including the family and friends of the 23-year-old victim, gathered outside the police station demanding explanations regarding the incident. However, the peaceful demonstration quickly escalated into violence.
