Pashinyan Insults Marutyan: Their Relations Have Frozen, Says 'Hraparak'

For about a year now, the relationship between Nikol Pashinyan and Hayk Marutyan has been frozen. They do not communicate and do not meet on any issues. Moreover, the city hall only works with the government in writing and only in cases of extreme necessity. The chill began when Nikol Pashinyan gave certain orders that were either illegal or unacceptable for Marutyan, who refused to comply.

As a result, he started not going to work and taking vacations, which irritated Pashinyan. However, he has not found a solution to this situation, just as he has not found solutions to other complex scenarios. He simply curses Marutyan on every available occasion out of helplessness and considers it a mistake to have appointed him as mayor. This is yet another indication of a management crisis from which a solution cannot be found without a change of power.
