Journalist Gevorg Tosunyan wrote on his Facebook page: “Part of the Sotk gold mine, which is under partial Azerbaijani control, shows a clear division between the mine's employees and the Azerbaijanis.”

“In the so-called neutral zone, the Russians seem to be present, likely along with the mine workers. Residents of Sotk report that Azerbaijanis have thrown wood into the neutral zone and offered it to warm up. Whether they took it or not is unclear; presumably, they did not.”
