I Urge the Population to Maintain Calm: Artak Beglaryan on the Explosions Heard in Stepanakert
Two explosions heard recently in Stepanakert were caused by demining operations, which had been previously announced by the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Therefore, I urge the population to maintain calm. This was stated by Artak Beglaryan, the head of the office of the President of Artsakh, on his Facebook page.
