Awareness Campaign on Waste Sorting in Residential Areas

The spokesperson for the Yerevan Municipality, Hakob Karapetyan, announced on his Facebook page that employees of the Waste Sorting Division will visit residential areas to inform residents about proper waste management practices. They will meet with residents and explain the rules for using waste containers. For example, plastic bottles should be pressed, reduced in size, and then disposed of in the container; cardboard boxes should be cut and folded, among other instructions.

The first visit took place at Argishti Street 7/6.
