Artyom Yerkanian Tests Positive for Coronavirus

Television commentator Artyom Yerkanian has tested positive for coronavirus. He announced this on his Facebook page.

In the past day, the number of coronavirus cases in Armenia has increased by 448, which accounts for about 17 percent of those tested.

There have also been 18 reported deaths from the virus, six of which were due to other illnesses. The total number of deaths from the coronavirus has reached 2,963, and an additional 721 carriers have died from other causes. As of today, the number of confirmed cases in Armenia stands at 8,043.
