Aram Vardanyan, Known as 'Vstrechi Apeer,' Released on Bail of 75 Million Drams
Aram Vardanyan, a criminal figure known as 'Vstrechi Apeer,' was released on bail of 75 million drams yesterday. He had been in custody since June 2020, as reported by Haykakan Zhamanak.
The investigation into his criminal case has concluded, and the case has been sent to court, where it is being examined in a closed regime.
It is important to note that Vardanyan has been charged with providing false information to civil registration authorities, forging documents, stamps, seals, and forms, and counterfeiting vehicle registration plates. Previously, he was also charged with organizing robbery, kidnapping, and attempting to orchestrate murder. However, criminal proceedings on these charges were halted due to the absence of corpus delicti.
