Shots Fired in Tukhmakh Cemetery

An extraordinary incident occurred in Yerevan today, January 13. According to Shamshyan.com, operational information was received by the police department of Yerevan and the Erebuni division regarding vehicles parked in the parking lot of the "Radisson Blu" hotel complex on Abovyan Avenue, which showed signs of gunfire.

The police discovered a Mercedes AMG GL 42 with the license plate E 001 AA 190 RUS in the hotel’s parking lot, and a Mercedes G 500 with the license plate A 777 AA 777 RUS near the hotel entrance. Investigators are currently examining these vehicles.

Reports indicate that the shots were fired in the Tukhmakh cemetery, where spent cartridges were also found. In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated by the investigative department of the Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts. An investigation is underway.
