Over 48 Thousand Residents Have Returned to Artsakh
With the accompaniment of Russian peacekeeping forces and military police, 146 people returned to Artsakh in one day, having previously left their homes due to combat operations. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
“In total, 48,840 people have returned to Artsakh,” the Russian Defense Ministry's statement said.
