Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant's First Energy Block Reaches 100% Capacity
The first energy block of the Belarusian nuclear power plant has reached 100% capacity. This was announced on January 13 by the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Belarus, as reported by Armenpress.
“On January 12 at 19:57 (20:57 Yerevan time), the first energy block of the Belarusian nuclear power plant was brought to its nominal power level,” the ministry stated in its announcement. The thermal power of the block is 3,200 MW. At this power level, static and dynamic tests will continue as part of the pilot industrial program,” TASS reported.
