When an Azerbaijani Vehicle Arrived in the Village, Our Children Were Playing Just a Few Kilometers Away: Ombudsman

During a press conference held today, Arman Tatoyan emphasized the importance of discussing the inappropriate behavior of Azerbaijani soldiers. He stated, "The issue is that Azerbaijani soldiers are provocatively placing signs, as testified by the residents; they can appear armed on the roads of peaceful settlements and conduct observations, which has also arisen due to the application of mechanical approaches."

He also referred to the signs in Shurnukh and Vorotan, which, according to him, are installed in such a way that many Armenian territories are represented as Azerbaijani. "From the perspective of physical security and the right to inviolability, if on the Armenian side we have our peaceful civilians, on the Azerbaijani side, there are soldiers. When I was there, that moment coincided with when an Azerbaijani vehicle, of course, in accompaniment, came to that village to conduct some operations and our children were playing just a few kilometers away," said Arman Tatoyan.
