Third Child Born to Shushi Family Whose Father Died in War

A third child has been born to a family from Shushi, named Valerian, at the Sisian Medical Center. This information was shared on the Facebook page of the Sisian Medical Center.

The family’s father, Valeri, voluntarily participated in the battles from the very first days of the war and heroically fell in Fizuli on October 10.

The family hastily relocated to Armenia from Shushi, without even being able to grab essential belongings, with the hope that they would return to Shushi, to their newly purchased home, once the war comes to an end.

Sadly, Armenouhi struggles to speak about her loss without tears—she has lost her husband, with whom they built a home together, which has been left fully furnished for the enemy, all while raising two children and waiting for the arrival of their third.

She understands that she must be strong, as she is now both a mother and a father for her three children.

Armenouhi mentions that little Valerian resembles his father and hopes that the birth of her child will open doors to new opportunities for her family.

She is also confident that life triumphs over war and that many new lives will bring comfort and strength.
