Negotiation is Both a Science, Craft, and Art, Says Tevan Poghosyan

The advisor to the President of Armenia and former parliament member Tevan Poghosyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Negotiation is also a science, a craft, and an art. You do not master the art. The fact is the legacy handed down to you from three presidents before you, from 1994 to 2018. You do not master the craft. The fact is the distrust in reaching any agreement with you among your immediate circle and colleagues, the numerous contradictions and inaccuracies between what you say, what you promised, and the reality. You do not master the science. The fact is the results of all your negotiations from the beginning of October to the present. Step aside for the sake of Armenia. Please, for the love of God, step aside peacefully and consciously, at least once guided by the interests of Armenia."
