Every effort made to prevent Karapetyan from relinquishing mandate, so that Anna Grigoryan does not enter the National Assembly: "Haykakan Jamanak"

Independent MPs Taguhi Tovmasyan and Gor Gevorgyan, who left the "My Step" faction, have been transferred to the Permanent Committee on European Integration by the leadership of the National Assembly at the end of the year. Prior to this, Tovmasyan was a member of the Human Rights Protection Committee, while Gevorgyan was part of the Committee on Foreign Relations. The ruling team believes this is a form of punishment directed at those MPs whose self-assessment exceeds what is acceptable to Nikol Pashinyan. Thus, those labeled as part of the so-called 'prestigious' committees are moved to committees that are essentially inactive, where meetings scarcely take place.

Tovmasyan's place in the former committee has been filled by Lena Nazaryan, and Gor Yeranyan has taken Gevorgyan's spot, who previously was on the Committee of Science and Education. Vardan Atabekyan and Sofia Hovsepian are still in their positions, while newcomer Anna Grigoryan has yet to be placed in any committee, and her biography has not even been posted on the Assembly's website. Members of "My Step" claim that Grigoryan has ties to the Kocharian era. Everything has been done to ensure that Tigran Karapetyan does not relinquish his mandate, so that A. Grigoryan does not enter the National Assembly, but this has not been successful. This is reported by the "Haykakan Jamanak" newspaper.
